Eagles offending lineman Josh Sills has actually been indicted on rape and kidnapping charges … simply 10 days before Philadelphia is slated to play the Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII.
According to district attorneys in Ohio, the charges come from an event that took place in Guernsey County back on Dec. 5, 2019.
Officials declare that Sills — a novice reserve lineman for the Eagles who made the group this year as an undrafted complimentary representative — “engaged in sexual activity that was not consensual and held a victim against her will.”
Prosecutors state the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office performed an examination into the case — and a grand jury ultimately indicted Sills on one felony count of rape and one felony count of kidnapping today.
