Ex-Broncos protective lineman Derek Wolfe hunted a massive mountain lion in Colorado today … and at the end of the day, a wild image reveals the Wolfe overcame the huge feline.
The previous NFL gamer detailed his crazy journey to capture the mountain lion in Grant on his social networks page Thursday … stating everything began after he got a get in touch with Tuesday that the animal was scaring a rural area in the city.
Wolfe stated he was informed the mountain lion had actually eliminated 2 of a female’s canines … and was “nervous what he might do next.”
The 32-year-old devoted hunter and angler stated he then set out to eliminate it.
He described on his IG that after finding a wrecked mule deer that he presumed the huge feline eliminated, he raised countless feet of rough surface … and ultimately came across the mountain lion.
“Exhausted, dehydrated, cramping,” Wolfe stated, “I drew back my [bow] and sent an [arrow] through him.”
Wolfe stated he then needed to drag the monster’s carcass back to his truck … falling off a 10-foot cliff at the same time.
Wolfe, who played in the NFL from 2012 through 2020, composed in the remark area of his social networks post that he approximated it weighed about 195 pounds. As for its height, Derek stands at 6-foot-5 … and the feline appeared to be larger than him.
