Lil Tjay’s getting a raw offer from the NYPD, a minimum of according to his legal group which thinks police officers had no service browsing the “Calling My Phone” rapper’s automobile, causing his arrest for gun belongings.
Attorney Dawn Florio informs TMZ Hip Hop … Tjay was simply a guest inside the automobile along with numerous other individuals, and she firmly insists the automobile was parked lawfully on the street.

Once cops showed up, Florio declares they offered no factor for browsing the automobile and, maybe most significantly … she includes, the gun they discovered does not come from Tjay.
So, she’s declaring the traffic stop itself was phony — and, for that reason, police officers had no right to arrest her customer.
Florio thinks NYPD targeted Tjay on account of the social networks posts he and fellow Bronx-born rapper Ice Spice put out to promote the shooting of the video for their “Gangsta Boo” cooperation.
Tjay is presently behind bars, waiting to see a judge.
