Love & Hip Hop star Prince claims he was forced to sign a settlement with Tory Lanez since he was pushed into finalizing by a guy holding a weapon.
According to court files acquired by RadarOnline.com, desires a judge to toss out the settlement.
Prince stated in June 2022, Tory called him to go over settling the suit.
“[Lanez] presented me with a document that he drafted himself and ordered that I sign the agreement,” he composed. “He told me not to contact my lawyer when I told him I needed my lawyer to review the agreement,” he stated. Prince stated he showed up to the conference to discover Lanez with a guy who works for him. This person is the very same person who was purchased by [Lanez] to assault me at the Vendome club and he did so. I cannot share his identity at this time as this specific threatened me that if I discuss his name I would be significantly hurt and even eliminated. This specific remained in belongings of a gun which showed up at the conference,” he declared.
Prince stated Lanez and the other guy “aggressively ordered me to sign the agreement.” He stated he was forced to accept simply a portion of the cash he had actually been attempting to obtain from the vocalist.
